Product and UX direction, AI-assisted build coordination and acceptance work. The deployed read-only system was supported by 988 automated tests across 102 files. Thirty historical cases were executed with discrepancies retained for review rather than presented as thirty passes. In one same-model comparable order question, response time improved from 30.4 to 23.0 seconds.
Collaboration & stakeholders
Developed with leadership and implementation partners. The tool remains in controlled read-only operation; execution features are paused pending remaining validation and release approval. Technical test coverage is distinct from business acceptance.
THE PROBLEM

Jarvis is an internal AI-assisted business tool built around the systems a team already uses. I translated leadership goals into product requirements, a conversation-first interface, source-backed answers and reviewable actions, including clear rules for what the assistant can prepare and when a person must approve the next step.
